Digital research and angel investment firm Chaincode Labs will establish its Flatiron Distric headquarters through a five-year, 4,054-square-foot lease on the top floor of the Kaufman Organization's 11-story building at 27 West 24th Street, Commerical Observer has learned.

Kaufman Buys Flatiron District Office for $55M

The Kaufman Organization has acquired 27-35 W. 24th St. in the heart of the Flatiron District for approximately $55.5 million, according to a realease. Prince Realty Advisors advised Kaufman on the purchase from JH Management Co., which in turn was advised by Massey Knakal Realty Advisors.
